1. Power Hour Call – Fine Tune Your Wellness

You’re on the right track, but you know there’s always room to refine, refresh, and elevate your approach.  In this one-on-one Power Hour, we’ll dive into your current nutrition and fitness routine, identifying what’s working and where small tweaks can create big results.  You will receive a personalized nutrition plan, a one week example, and a high-level fitness recommendations to help you move with intention.  This is your time to check-in, reset, and confidently move forward.  

2. One-on-One Coaching

1:1 programs come in either 12 weeks or six months.  All customized to your goals.  If paid upfront, receive a 10% discount.

Initial Consultation
Once you’ve submitted your application, we will schedule a 30 minute strategy call to discuss your goals and program options.
 
Next, you will receive a questionnaire which will help me better understand you and your current health, goals and lifestyle so I can design a customized program to set you up for success.
 
Depending on what program you select, you will receive weekly plans via my BoldFit app.
 
We will connect for 25 minutes to answer questions, celebrate wins, make adjustments etc.
 
I will provide you with all the resources you need to get started such as supplements, organization, recipes, grocery guide, and general motivation.
 
You will have access to my private BoldFit community to connect with other people.
 
At the end of your program, you can elect to go on a monthly maintenance program that is focused on accountability, you can access weekly fitness routines via the BoldFit app and you remain a member of the BoldFit community.  If you need a power hour call, you can schedule and pay for one-off sessions.
