My Journey
Fitness and Lifestyle, Designed for Real Life
For most of my career, I worked in leadership and consulting—building teams, creating systems, and helping people perform at their best. What I learned is simple: progress doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing what actually works—and doing it consistently.
That same belief is the foundation of BoldFit.
My passion for health led me to become a certified trainer, nutritionist, and life coach. I realized I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others achieve happiness and health, which inspired me to leave the corporate world and follow my true calling. At age 53, I stepped onto the competition stage for the first time, proving that age is just a number when it comes to reaching new heights and achieving personal goals.
WHY BOLDFIT EXISTS
I didn’t come to fitness to chase trends or extremes. I came to it the same way I approached leadership—by focusing on strength, sustainability, and systems that support real life.
Over time, I saw the same patterns show up again and again. Women were overwhelmed by conflicting advice, short-term programs, and unrealistic expectations. What they needed wasn’t another workout plan—it was a smarter, more integrated approach.
That’s why I created the B.O.L.D. Method.
THE B.O.L.D. METHOD
The B.O.L.D. Method is a strength-first, lifestyle-integrated approach designed to help women feel strong, energized, and confident without needing to restructure their entire lives.
- Build Strength — Muscle supports confidence, energy, and long-term health
- Optimize Energy — Training should support your life, not drain it
- Live with Intention — Fitness must fit real schedules and responsibilities
- Deliver Consistency — Consistency, not perfection, creates results
